The sea, once it casts its spell holds one in it's net of wonder forever. -Jacques Cousteau
Tell me about yourself
When I started beauty school 10 years ago, I never could’ve told you that I’d be where I am today.
Facing trials, learning who I really am as a person, gaining confidence, having to stand up for myself; this job has taught me a lot. One of the most important things I’ve learned is that for every bad person, there are 3 great people right behind them to pick you up. I’ve met some amazing people, both behind and in the chair. I’m so thankful for each and every relationship, good and bad. It’s shaped me into the confident, talented, caring, considerate, helpful, and intelligent stylist I am today.
How would someone describe you?
Genuine, kindhearted, thoughtful, compassionate, empath, confident, passionate, and helpful.
What do you love about being a stylist?
My favorite part of my job is that I get to simultaneously make people feel beautiful and make great connections with them. I have a genuine love for people and helping them.
Fun Fact about you?
I started school to be a veterinarian, before I decided that school just wasn’t my thing. I finished my semester, started hair school, and haven’t looked back since!
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of my husband, and all of the adversity he has overcome. He powered through fire academy, a little later than he wanted to. However, he finally did it. He accomplished his dreams by pushing through long hours, tough testing, and self doubt. He continues to surprise me at every turn. I could never thank him enough for all of the sacrifices he makes for us.
